A fast start propelled the Ridge View girls basketball squad past Manson-Northwest Webster, 54-46, on Dec. 18 in Manson. The Raptors jumped out to an early lead, and doubled up the Cougars 18-9 by the end of the first quarter.
The Ridge View boys basketball squad traveled to Newell on Dec. 19, to take on the Mustangs of Newell-Fonda. N-F got off to a good start, building a 16-10 lead after the first quarter.
The Manson-Northwest Webster boys basketball squad shot out of the gates like a rocket on Dec. 18, building a 15-2 first quarter lead over Ridge View before the Raptors even knew what hit ‘em.
The Ridge View wrestling squad hosted a tournament, the Ridge View duals, in Holstein on Dec. 16. The Raptors captured two victories, defeating Coon Rapids-Bayard 60-34 and besting Woodbine 57-12.
The Kingsley-Pierson boys basketball squad got out of the gates fast on Friday night, jumping out to a 19-10 lead on Ridge View after one period of play.
