The Ridge View girls basketball squad traveled to Storm Lake last Monday, to take on St. Mary’s at the Panther Pit. Though the lighting was dim, the Raptors were able to see clearly enough to jump out to a 14-4 lead after one quarter.
In a battle of Ida County rivals, the Ridge View girls basketball squad bested OABCIG 53-40 on Thursday night at Holstein. The contest was part of the Western Valley Conference tournament consolation round.

In the rubber match between Ida County rivals OABCIG and Ridge View, the Falcons had just enough to get past the Raptors on Friday night in Ida Grove. The two squads had both won on each other’s home courts earlier in the season.
The Ridge View wrestling squad hosted a meet in Schaller on Thursday night, with Denison-Schleswig, MVAO/COU, Storm Lake, and East Sac County participating.
