The Galva City Council met on Feb. 14. Council members in attendance were Freese, Hustedt by phone, Langel, and Wuebker, as well as Mayor Wanberg.
Nicholas and Ally Babcock were on hand to discuss with the council the need for a survey for a legal description to rezone their property from agricultural to residential.
