Ridge View boys oust Westwood from conference tournament 57-33

The Ridge View boys basketball squad opened the Western Valley Conference tournament in fine fashion, thoroughly defeating Westwood 57-33 in Holstein on Friday night. The Raptors took control of the game early, building a 19-9 lead after one quarter and extending the margin to 39-16 by halftime. Westwood was a little more competitive in the third quarter, but Ridge View still took a 45-25 lead into the fourth quarter. The Raptors were able to coast to victory from there, coming away with a 57-33 win.
